When I get a new order, no alert is sent out. SMTP is allowed on my server and I know that Actinic is sending email (and I therefore have put in the correct information for the mail server) because the order confirmation goes out to the buyer, but no alert email.
I've got a valid email address in company settings and checked the "email required on new order" box, and updated the site with the info, but still no email alert
