    Script clash ~ 6 CNNA 7 ELCA

    Hi guys,

I got this error message, I am assuming that this is because I am running a test site on the back of V6 and when I up load this site properly this refresh and update all the scripts.

I have been unable to download any test orders.

Please can some one confirm that this will go away went the V7 site is uploaded. Thank you.

Sometimes better using a different cgi script ID.

I suspect it will be better when fully upgraded

HELP - I uploaded the site last night removing the old version and this 6 CNNA 7 ELCA error is still happening, it will not let me download orders.

Now urgent, what do you think it is?

Yes! It all went up fine, placed a test order, click on download, that error message appears twice and then it stops!

Since the last post, I have refreshed the site again and I still have the problem, unable to get orders down. What can I do....

Delete all the scripts from the cgi-bin then do a refresh

This may take a few minutes to sort out. Also found that the search is not working and comes up with
                  The product index file format is corrupt. GBP 2 150 Back_to_Catalogue____Fruit_10.html#aAPR_2dSTRW_2dElan 22 Strawberry ''Elan F1'' 0 10 5 Fruit 23 Strawberry-Elan-100.jpg
Which I am hoping is the same underlaying problem.

This delating may take a little while, thanks for your help.

I am pleased to say that it is all up and working, so thank very much for your help.

I got all the scripts from the cgi-bin deleted.

On a friend's suggestion deleted from my site1 folder all the files with .pl .pm and .fil extensions.

Copied the .pl and .pm files from the Original folder back into site1.

Clicked on refresh, made myself a cup of tea helping me to refresh and it is work.

                    So thanks for the help.
