HSBC CPI opinions please

Hi all,

I am considering using HSBC CPI along with Paypal at my store. I have just read an old post saying that the hsbc fraud system was rejecting up to 50% of the orders.

I really do not want to be 'logging in' continuously to my cpi account so that I can correct hsbc mistakes and wondered if anyone here is using this system ?

Any opinions would be great,

Please check out the following Knowledge Base Article.
I've not heard from anyone else that their 50% of the orders are bringing up the fraud system, however by implementing what you see in the KB article you should be able to reduce this greatly.

Im only shipping to the U.K. and not even Scotland, Ireland or Wales so the problem mentioned in the knowledge article should not affect me.
