Problems with dowloading orders - Dayno message

My customer decided to upgrade his PC and have some site changes implemented at the same time on the new PC. the old PC was using V6.1.5 DNNA.

When building the new PC, I installed Actinic from a download which apparantly has a different dayno to that above. (EGRA). This only came to light when we discovered that we cannot download any orders to the new PC (after all the changes have been made and the new version of the site uploaded)
When attempting to download orders we get the following message:

"The server scripts are incompatible with this version of Actinic Ecommerce. Refresh the website. If order processing is split from web site maintenance then the two copies of Actinic Ecaommerce must be upgraded to the same version. If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again. Server version = "6 DNNA", client version = "6 EGRA"

Any help on how to proceed would be very much appreciated.

Secondly after doing a site snapshot for the new PC and the new version of the site my customer has dowloaded some orders to his old PC.

Is it possible to transfer these accross to the new PC?

    Thanks.

    Hi Doug,

Will you just be using the new pc from now on? If so, simply go to your Site1 folder ("C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1")

Delete all the .pl and .pm here, and simply copy the .pl and .pm from "C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Original" and paste them into the Site1 folder.

    This should sure your problem

Do you have new orders in the new pc? If so, then I'm afraid this will not be possible and might be easier to keep them on the old pc.
