Componant Question

Hi Everyone!
I have a question I hope you can help me with. I would like to add a componant to a product and the componant has a dollar amount associated with it.. let's say $5.00.

I would like the componant charge to ALWAYS be $5.00 no matter how many of the products are ordered. Right now if they order 5 products the componant ends up being multiplied by 5 and that is NOT what I want.
I've tried doing the componant as a separate order line but that doesn't do it!

Is there a way to make the componant always be $5.00 no matter how many products they order?
