Shipping Settings. How did you do it?

hello i sell small items and large courier items and id prefer to dictate the price to the customer than let them choose. Is there away i can run and free shipping on second small item compaign?

Hi there

What are you trying to acheive with the shipping? If you want to base the shipping on the quantity of products purchased, then you need to go to View | Business settings | Shipping and handling.

If the shipping is set to simple, then set it to Total Quantity.

Now you can set up your shipping costs for the different zomes you ship to... you can amend the countries that are 'members' of a zone by right clicking each zone and going to properties.

Once you are happy with the zones and classes created, you can highlight each one, and then on the right hand side you will see a table appear - here you can add you shipping costs based on the quantity ordered.

I.e.

Quantity Coste
1 0.00
2 1.00
3 2.00

And so on... this would provide free shipping on 1 product...
