Problem with QB Link and QB Premier 2003 (US)

I am a trial user of Actinic 6.02 and Link for QB 2002. I am using QB 2003 Premier, and undertand that Link for QB 2002 should be compatible.

My problem is that whenever I attempt to create a new profile within LfQB, by selecting the appropriate file, and then clicking the "Connect with Quickbooks" button OR selecting another tab in the application I receive the following error:

    Run time error '380'
    Invalid Property Value

    And then LfQB exits.

The first time I ran LfQB, I was able to complete the part of the instructions which grants permssion to LfQB to access the file, but I still received the error upon return to LfQB.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Tim Roach

No ideas on this one per se. I will see if the development team recognise the error message.

Check that you have at least one customer created in QuickBooks. This has fixed this problem on previous occassions.

        Chris,

Thanks for the quick reply, and I apologize for the tardiness in mine. Indeed, adding a customer to my newly created QuickBooks file fixed the problem.

        Thanks again for your help.
