    Problems uploading Site

When I pressed to retrieve new orders from the site I got the following error message:

"Warning: Some files on the website appear to have been changed since Actinic last uploaded them. The changes may be an attempt to compromise the site. These files will be completely refreshed the next time you upload the catalog. Please upload your Actinic as soon as this download is complete and carefully examine the details of any orders retrieved in the download. The changed files are: oldaccount.fil, oldbuyer.fil, oldaddress.fil"

I have since uploaded the site and retrieved orders several times, but still the same error message is coming up. Have anyone else had this problem who can advise me what to do?

    Thanks

Are you uploading from a different PC than you download orders?
http://www.johnsons-seeds.com - Actinic plugins, remote add to cart and custom CMS
http://www.dtbrownseeds.co.uk - More seeds and plants....
http://www.mr-fothergills.co.uk - Well it used to be Actinic...

I am using the same PC that I always you for uploading and downloading. It started on Sunday, is there anyway it could be related to the clocks changing?

          Thanks Pinbrook,
I have tried everything referred to in that thread but with no joy. If I reload the last snapshot I saved before this problem started will it fit it?
          Thanks

            Let's leave re-loading a snapshot as a last resort.

If you are using v7, try going to 'Help | Troubleshooting' and clicking 'Web Site Purge and Refresh' (at the bottom). Tick both boxes and click 'Delete and Refresh'. That really ought to do it.

Please note, however, that your website will be temporarily out of service for the duration of the refresh.
