One of my clients uses Actinic Order Manager to download and process orders. A couple of weeks ago she stopped being able to open Actinic - she gets this error message:
Catalog - Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to
close.
I searched the forums and found that it is probably a database problem. She does not have Access, so I had to get her to send the databases to me, I ran "repair and compress" on them as in this thread:

and sent them back to her with instructions for saving them in the right place on her computer. However, it has not fixed the problem and she still gets the same error when trying to open Actinic.
This is a really serious problem. Can anyone tell me what to do next? Will re-installing the software and re-importing the snapshot help? What should we take back-ups of before trying this? Could it be something other than the databases causing the problem?
