My system crashes when i add a component to a product with attributes. HELP

Im using version 7.0.3 and windows 98 second edition.

Every time:
I create a Product
Give it an Attribute with 3 Choices
Cut Attribute and Choices
Create a Component, so far so good.
When I try to Paste the Attribute and Choices back Actinic just hangs unusable.

Can you describe what you are trying to achieve with the attributes and components,

This is a known problem in Actinic. What you need to do is drag and drop the attributes and choices to another product, then create the component, then drag and drop them back again.
