Thoughts on a site that's gone wrong

Could anyone help on this ?

My site www.saddles4u.com has been ticking along nicely. I got up one morning and, with no intervention from me - did not even open Actinic Business, it looks like this.

I have FTP'ed in seperately and it's clear much is missing from the directories. Trying to repost the site, nothing happens - I checked the FTP settings and all is OK.

Have I been hacked or has my ISP (Internetters) done something ? How do I resolve this situation ? Happy to share my desktop with anyone who thinks they could help

    Hi Tom,

very bizarre. All the images on the homepage are showing as "broken", the error file is showing that prompt.fil and A000.cat are missing from the server and the homepage sourcecode is a mess with local file references that should not be there. The only things that seem to be there are your homepage and a couple of directories that are not Actinic related (images, pdf and s4uImages)

Have you tried a complete purge and refresh under Help | Troubleshooting

Looks to me like all the images are missing along with the actinic.css file.

If you want to e-mail off the forum with an IP address I could try remote desktop if you have Windows XP

exactly right Gary - when I first saw the default font I knew the actinic.css was failing to load...

          Problem closed

Thanks to the excellent Gary for pointing out that there is a Refresh Site menu option. Looks like my ISP, Internetters moved my site to another server - their support was also less than helpful - not impressed.

they moved your site and bodged it without testing that it was all ok? What fun!?!?

You should investigate another actinic friendly host...
