Ranking problems in v7

hi guys n girls,
Having problems ranking my site.. looking for help
i managed to rank my site in the top 5 on google...a few years ago.
since then the alogrythms have changed and google no longer spider the same way or so im told, ive since converted all my site to actinic including the front page and now i am have no luck on ranking what so ever....please can someone help
