Section names in checkout

Is it possible to carry section names through to the checkout and receipt pages along with the products from the section. Can anyone tell me how?

I had thought of the first option of using 'Products' as Section names but felt it was too unwieldy for my site. Take a look and you'll probably realise why. http://www.theconcertshop.co.uk

I'll digest the second section and see if that will do what I need.
