Actinic to Sage Line 50 Link SDO problems

Hi Anybody,

We are busy linking Actinic into our Sage Line 50 Ver 11 Fincon.

I have been onto Sage and got the SDO activation key, which I have installed within Sage/tools/enable 3rd party integration, which Sage accepted quite happily, however when we then open link it asks for the SDO registration information again which we input and it promptly rejects. Any ideas?

Hi John,

Hmm its a strange one, because the error message or prompted from the SDO key is coming from Sage itself. Did they email you the key or over the phone. Try asking for another SDO key and see if that works.

Wrong Version

Hi Nadeem,

Sorry mate, my machine crashed and I didn't think this had got posted, we had got the wrong version of Link on our system, once we had the upgraded version it has worked like a dream
