v7.0.3 Crashes when doing a snapshot

Out of the frying pan and into the proverbial fire. Have upgraded to v7.0.3 this morning to solve one problem but now when I do a snapshot it crashes.

Can anyone help, it is a concern and it is stopping our development of the site as we can not move round snapshots!

Have you tried compacting the database and then exporting?

Right, I have managed to start it working again. It would not import a snapshot for some reason however, I removed a discount and suddenly started again.

The next problem is that I have to sort out the office one, and I can not quite remember what I did!

What do you mean by this? I guess click on a product!

Yes. Make sure you have a product selected in the tree before taking a snapshot.
