Importing Snapshot fails in order manager

We've just created a catalog for a customer using the latest version of developer (7.0.3.fbia).

Exported a snaphsot.

Installed Order Manager on client's sytem (also fbia).

Importing snapshot yields (immediately):

SnapshotWizard.cpp Line 1214

The parameter is incorrect.

Any clues as to why this might occur?

Hi David,

When you exported the snapshot from Developer, was there any errors? One thing to try, is in Developer go to "Housekeeping | Compact Database" and place a tick on both of the databases (Catalog and Shipping). Once you have done this, again export the snapshot and try to import it into Developer.
