Add to Cart button for each Choice?

I would like to use radio buttons on my choices (colors available on a particular necklace). As a default, there is one Add to Cart button below the radio buttons. I was curious if I could have an Add to Cart button next to each Choice. I just thought this would make it clearer to the customer. If I keep only one Add to Cart button, does this Add to Cart whichever radio button is selected before clicking Add to Cart?

    Hi Cindy,

Yes, whichever radio button is selected shows in the cart when the Add to Cart button is pressed.

Might look a bit top heavy with an Add to Cart button on every choice!

I agree...it would be busy. My only reason for thinking of putting an Add to Cart on each choice is because we have stock monitoring enabled. On the products that don't have choices...when the stock is zero, the Add to Cart button goes away and it says Out of Stock. I am not sure how this is handled with choices. If one choice is out of stock but the others aren't, how will the user know? We don't want anyone ordering a choice if it is out of stock.

      Thanks for your input.

After they try to Add to cart they'll get an Unavailable Combination Error page instead of the Confirm page.

These things are impossible to test if you're only using Previews.

It may be worthwhile setting up your Actinic system as a test server.

Instructions on doing this are in the Advanced Guide.
