Individual shipping charges

I would like help with this scenario.

There is a product in a section.

The product has different models in a drop down list with different prices. Each of these models because of the variation in size needs its own shipping charge.

Is there a way to achieve this? Doing it by weight doesn't work for this type of product.

Hi Richard,

I'm afraid i cannot see a way of doing this. Doing it by weight will give you individual shipping, as each class to be from a different specific weight.

Eg
Product 1 can have a weight of 1.00
Product 2 can have a weight of 1.5

The class for Product 1 can be set to 1.00 for the grid, while the class for product 2 can be different. Please could you explain why weights may not work as this is your best bet for individual shipping charges.
