Customer Accounts Help

Hi there

I am trying to set-up customer accounts. I've done the customer accounts bit okay, and assigned the accounts to a customer group.

But when I try to edit the amount of discount

View/Discounts & Surcharges/customer pricing

I select the group I want to edit but the buttons :
Ass
Multiply by
Divide by

are grey (inactive)

Am I doing something wrong????

I believe you mean "add"

Before you go here, you need to create a new customer group. Go to "View | Customer Group" and create a new one, as you cannot use Retail. Once you have created a new customer group, then go to "View | Discount & Surcharges" Customer Pricing", simply highlight on the "Customer Group" you have just created, then all the fields should be highlighted.
