How much should I pay for site building?

Frustration has forced me to look at the possibility of digging my short arms into my deep pockets and paying for my site to be completed. Based on what I've done already (http://www.purskincare.co.uk).

Can anyone give me an idea of how much I should be paying to get my Actinic cart looking like the rest of my site (or close enough). I can manage the product input and updating but am sitting here with two handfuls of hair when it comes to design code!

(I built the site myself with Dreamweaver but know very very little about HTML and created the design in Photoshop).

Seems a shame really.. you got that far, I can't see why you can't complete the last bit??? What is it? - Beauty products? - surely there can't be that many items to get up there is there?

On the original question - it would depend on the catalog - how many templates you need altered - I'd think you should contact a couple of designers in the group here directly - if we all began quoting prices, it might get messy, argumentative, and someone from Actinic is sure to slap a few wrists!
