Pulling Email address from Actinic

Hi guys,

Is there anyway of pulling all the emails out of actinic so i can send group emails? There is an Access database with them all in, but i think it would take ages to get them all out of there and stick them into microsoft outlook!

Any ideas would be welcome!!!
