i have a customer who is having problems with their actinic site. They are using catalog version 7.0.2.0.0.0.ELCA.
First problem was on updating the site or downloading orders the following error message appears:
Warning: Some files on the web site appear to have changed since Actinic last uploaded them. The changes may be an attempt to compromise the site. These files will be completely refreshed. Carefully examine the details of any orders placed via customer accounts since your last upload or download. The changed files are: oldaccount.fil, oldaddress.fil, oldbuyer.fil.
They then tried a refresh which hung on the file 'A000111.cat' during the 'sending catalog files' part of the process.
The site will not update now either.
As far as we are aware there have been no modifications to any files except via the actinic update site process.
Is there anything anyone can suggest trying next?
