Upgrading path for v7.0.1

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question, I have a live site using 7.0.1 and i was going to upgrade it to 7.0.3 but I just wanted to double check whether I need to install 7.0.2 first of it going straight to .3 is ok.

Also, are there any known issues with this..

And on a different note. I wanted to add paypal to our site and i've followed the online instructions but when I click the + to add another payment method I don't get the option of "paypal" appearing. Can someone point out where i'm going wrong. the coffee's not kicked in yet..

Hi Simon,

You can go from 7.0.1 straight to 7.0.3, you don't need to upgrade to 7.0.2 at all. I would suggest before upgrading, take a snapshot of you site. You can grab the 7.0.3 patch from http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v7/

For the paypal issue, i would suggest in putting in your v7 cd and explore it. You should see a file called PSPSetup.exe. Simply close down Actinic, and run this file. Once it is installed, open Actinic and you should see Paypal in the Payment method drop down list.

after a bit of searching i realised i must have missed off the payment service providers and found that, now implemented paypal on the site, which is nice..

also thanks for the info re: upgrading. I'll sort that after the weekend.
