HSBC Payments - Fraud Pending

Hi,

I am finding order payments not authorised using HSBC interface. When I look on their server it shows Fraud Pending and it looks as though the customer has not completed the form correctly so the address(town/ county is on one line and does not quite match up with the HSBC address format, therefore this could be why it fails the AVS check)??

Is anyone else having problems with HSBC now??

Hi June,

HSBC are quite strict on how they want the address details passed across. Please take a look at the following kb article. Doing this way should get rid of the fraud message.
