there are several issues here.
the fix for the files uploading is in 6.02. Which is avalable 6.1 is available but I have not completed my testing so I would not recomend it quit yet.
The other issues your having with Auth.nte (not listed)
are configuration issues with Authorize.net.
You must install Sim as Auth.net is no longer supporting weblink method and you must configure according to the Sim install documentation
