No order details in confirmation emails

    No order details in confirmation emails

    Hi

    I've just put up a site for a client, he doesn't have a copy of Actinic and is relying on the order confirmation email for the order details.
    At first he wasn't getting any emails from the site at all but I changed the SMTP settings and that seemed to fix the problem.
    Now he is getting confirmation he has an order but isn't getting any order details in the email.
    It seems to have something to do with the receipt page after payment has been processed through SecPay.

    Any help/suggestions?

    Order details come through in a separate email and must be enabled within actinic.

    Business Settings> Ordering> "Send receipt email copies to:":

    PS. He should really get himself a copy of Actinic (or at least order manager) as emails can and do get lost and then he's going to have unhappy customers.
