We are downloading orders from a different computer than the one which services the online shop. They are at premises about 250 miles apart!
The order handling computer now gets the following message every time it downloads orders:
WARNING: Some files on the web site appear to have changed since Actinic Commerce last uploaded them. These files will be completely refreshed the next time you upload your catalog. Please upload your catalog as soon as this download is complete. The changed files are: oldtext.fil, oldprice.fil, oldprod.fil
The computer which controls the catalog does not get this message.
Is this something that can be ignore? Or should action be taken. If so, what?
Thanks in advance.
Doug
