Actinic search engine optimisation

[Mostly Baffled]

Hi,

I've just put up a 'site map' page linked from my homepage http://www.purskincare.co.uk alone which lists all my Actinic sections (with a few short HTML descriptions).

My question is together with the descriptions I am adding to the cart will this be enough to improve my rating or is there more that I can do within Actinic 7 (or my site for that matter) that will give me further improvements.
