Next Button Error

In my latest site at www.pcos-online.co.uk I have just noticed that the next button on the Invoice addess page is wrong - can anyone suggest a way to correct this.

I don't know what I did to create this.

Restore the file Act_Order01.html from the

C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS folder into your site folder.
