    Receipt Page not working

    Hi,

    I've been using Actinic Catalogue v6.0.2 for about two years now without any problems. Recently a customer told me they couldn't get to the merchant receipt page after paying through Worldpay.

    As it was an isolated case I thought it might just be their browser but a friend of mine then had the same problem. It turns out that the link from the final Worldpay page won't bring you back to the merchant receipt page. On my machine it just does nothing but my friend got the following error:

    "A General Script Error Occurred Error: The site configuration has been updated by the shop operator while you are checking out. Please navigate back to the product pages by pressing the Browser Back button and try again or contact the site owner. Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner"

    He was getting that error when I wasn't touching the site.

    Here is a snippet from my error file off the site:

    Date and Time = 2005/04/12 04:59, Internal Errors = The site configuration has been updated by the shop operator while you are checking out. Please navigate back to the product pages by pressing the Browser Back button and try again or contact the site owner.
    Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 421 , HTTP Server = Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) (Red-Hat, Return code = 999,

    Date and Time = 2005/04/12 05:16, Internal Errors = SetCallBack called

    E-mails after check out are being sent fine and the transactions are going through grand.

    Hi Shane,

    Has this issue just happened recently, i just wonder if something changed on the worldpay part? Have you contacted Worldpay to see what happened?
    The reason why i say this, is because when you click on "View Merchant Receipt", you are still on the Worldpay site. Once you clicked on there, it bounces you back to Actinic, but it seems that the link is pointing to wrong address for the receipt page.

    I would recommend in checking with Worldpay first.

        Problem seems to be fixed on most computers having uploaded files resultY.html and resultC.html as supplied by worldpay tech support.

        Still can't get to the recipt page using my computer.

          Try clearing your cache in case you still have the old pages in memory.

            I've tried that, still dosent seem to work for me even with IE.

            I've got a few people to test the site and it is working fine now for them except if you use FireFox the "RETURN TO MERCHANT SITE" link gets an error for everyone.
