    Actinic ecommerce can not create a unique order number

    I've just started to recieve this message via email anybody have any ideas?

    The xxxxx are just deatil blanked out by me.

    Following error has been displayed to a customer: An error occurred while creating
    the order number lock file (./acatalog/OrderLock.num). The error was Permission
    denied. Actinic ecommerce can not create a unique order number and can not
    continue. Please contact us directly with your order.

      Thanks, I created a new directory because the permissions were messed up but now getting:

      A General Script Error Occurred

      Error: Invalid path.

      I'm gonna cry!

        I created a new directory
        Which directory did you create? The kb article does not ask you to do this.
