Help! Order retrieval Groundhog day!

Hi again,

Anybody experienced this before?

When I retrieve my orders they don’t seem to be deleted off the server so if I hit the retrieve button again Actinic downloads the same orders again.

Hi there

All you issues are relating to the fact that the permission as not been setup correctly. This is the reason why the orders are not being deleted off the server.
In one of your previous threads, i have put up some permission settings for Windows that you should use. See thread: http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=13341

If this has been working before okay, and since install the script extensions, then i would suggest in uninstall them, as it caused numerous issue for you. Perhaps the hosting company could do this on your behalf.

Also rather than have 5 thread open, please could you keep this issue in one thread and build on it, this would make it easier in responding to your issue.
