    hierarchical import and customer accounts

when I make a hierarchical import of customer accounts, I don't understand why I always have the following error message :

"there was an unexpected error during import. Check your parameters before trying again." (translated from french).

    Somebody has an idea?

(click here to see a screencapture).

    Thank you,

    Mathieu

    Hi Mathieu,

The hierarchical import has a structure that you will need to conform to, what i would suggest, would be if you go to the following folder (C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Original) and open "SampleHierarchicalCatalogImportFile.txt" in Excel.
This will show you the structure of what the file should be, compare it to your own import file.

If you have no joy, then please attach a the import file to this thread and we can take a look into it.

        Hi there

Just had a quick look a the import file, it does not seem to be a valid hierarchical import file. Please see my attached file which just shows two example customers. You would need to follow this format.

        Kind Regards
