Edit Invoice and Packing List Layout

Hi,

How would i go about changing the look of the layout on the invoice and packing list? I mainly want to take certain information out.

You can edit the reports with Crystal report Version 8.5.

No they don't, you have to use V8.5.

I have also got the requirement to change the layout of the packing list and invoice for a client, why oh why are these two templates not editable in Actinic, when just about every other page is?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but from reading this thread, is it the case that I would have to purchase Crystal Reports 8.5 (£317) in order to change just 2 templates? If it is the case, is there anything else involved in updating these templates that I should know about?

Is this something that anyone does, or would like to offer as a service? If so, how much would you charge for this service?

Sorry about all the questions, but I think that I'll put in a feature request for these 2 templates to be editable.

You actually only need the standard version of Crystal Reports 8.5 which is about £120.00 although you will need to get in touch with Crystal UK to see if they can still supply it! Or head over to Ebay! And I believe that Jan (see post #6) will happily amend templates although I dont know how much this would be.
