Java applet

Please could someone help me. Customers are complaining they cannot leave card numbers due to not having Java Applet. What instructions should I give to download this missing Java Applet, please?

Any help would be appreciated.

Credit Card is not the first option so I dont know if thats why they can't pay.

Java is available at http://www.java.com/en/download/download_the_latest.jsp

Gary, thank you very much, it was the link to the site that I needed to be able to inform them. The majority of customers cope, but there are the odd few who can't. I understand it was tied up with older versions of XP software.
