General Script Error

I am getting the following Error when I try to order on my own website.

Error: Error deleting /home/httpd/vhosts/kirbcreations.com/httpdocs/acatalog/24Z77Z150Z59A1113673253B4621.cart (No such file or directory).

What do I have to do to change this.

Hi Iris,

What version of Actinic are you running? Are you also running a firewall like Norton? If so, then if you are using version 4, you need to upgrade to the latest version which can be found here.

If you are running version 3 then please see the following Knowledgebase Article. You would need to be using 3.5 for this to work.
