Store Sections Menu Layout

When using variable NETQUOTEVAR:TOPLEVELSECTIONSTOP to generate the store sections where can i customise the table that they are contained within. For example i am using the smart theme but i would like to have each of the cells with a border and be able to control the cell color in order to make them more distinguishable.

The table are in "Design | Text", if you go here, please click on "Go To" and set the following ID number:

ID...........HTML CODE
1187.......<TABLE><TR>
1188.......</TR></TABLE>
1189.......<TD WIDTH="%d%%">
1190.......</TD>
