Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/A000.cat

I'm using Actinic Version 2 and I get this error when trying to add to shopping cart I get this error:

A General Script Error Occurred

Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/A000.cat. No such file or directory

Not sure why it is happening - I've checked the folders and the
A000.cat file is in the acatalog directory. The url in the browser is:

Not sure why this is happening. Can anyone help?

Hi Adam,

Please could you advise what you have in for "Path from CGI-BIN to Catalog Directory" in "View | Preferences.... | Network"? As the error suggest the problem being there.
Also if this has been working before, then has the hosting company changed anything? Might be an idea to contact them if they have.
