adding a 'points' system

Is it possible to add a membership 'points' system, whereby a customer accumulates points each time they make a purchase, eventually having enough to claim a free gift etc. I've looked everywhere and can't see how to do this. thanks.

I liked the idea of this, but when I visited the site and tried to look at the demos, the files did not exist! It worries me somewhat that a product (plugin) costing £200+VAT has not got its own house in order...
