Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to take a look and help, its much appreciated.

I'll try changing the image names etc as suggested and see what happens.

Hey Jo,

I seemed to have sorted it, did as you advised; got rid of generic image names such as titleheader etc, reduce the length of the image names, and resaved images in Fireworks with a smaller byte size, and hey presto, the people who could not see can now see!
