    Card Issue Number Error

    I have just upgraded from v6 to v7 and everything seems to have gone ok with one exception. When printing Data Entry Reports in v6, and payment is by Visa, Mastercard or Amex, or by a Switch Card without an Issue Number, the Issue Number field was omitted, as it did not have a value, but in v7 this field is printed with a value of -1. Can anyone help?

    -1 is the default in the database. Can you work around it?

      Hi there,

      On a default site, i have create have a payment method which is "Switch With No Issue Number" in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security | Configure Method". I have uploaded the site to localhost, then simply added a product, checkout, and use the payment method.
      When i downloaded the order i could not see the Issue number. What version are you running? I've tested this on 7.0.3

      Attach to this thread is the picture of the dataentry report on the downloaded order.
