Warning! Bug in shipping?

I am still experiencing problems with shipping not being updated properly, and had a look at the shipping database.

I found that UK was in TWO zones (UK and Worldwide) Previously, duplicate zone members/zoneID had been flagged as a warning, allowing me to correct the zone properties file. IT DID NOT WARN ME THIS TIME and I have been operating with (forbidden?) duplicate IDs.

I don't think this explains all my problems, but it could be why I was getting Airmail postage costs from Hampshire to London! Still doesn't explain why I am stuck on Special Delivery! How do I set a default to First Class Post?

Late news : Have now republished the site and shipping seems to be working OK - have to manually reset the order to First Class post to get rid of Special Delivery as it seems to hang on to it, but the rest is now OK !!!
