On the beta of V6.1 (and V6.0.2) I've just noticed this buglet.
Using Quantity on Product page type sections put two products in the Cart. The first a simple product. The second one has either a date prompt and / or other info prompt. Now view cart and mark the first for deleting. Click either Update or Continue and you get an error bounce that complains that the Other info or date field is missing, when it is in fact valid.
The easiest way to demonstrate this is with the Demo site. Go to Basic Products and add the Calculator. Now Add the Bunch of flowers (with a message and date). Now view cart and try deleting the calculater and Ka-boom.
