Shipping Classes not on downloaded orders?

Hi,

I've set up a number of shipping classes for the UK but when I download my orders I only get the amount for shipping, not a description of the class.

How do I get this to display? My packer wont know what service to send items otherwise

Also, how do I get this information transfered into sage line 50 financial controller via actinic link?

Answering my question a little here. We had 'bypass catalog order processing' turned on, so that explains why we couldn't see the shipping classes in actinic. With that turned off they appear on the order just fine.

That makes this an actinic link question then.

How do we move this field into sage line 50? We have set up a product for use with batch invoices called WEBPOST as per the actinic link manual, and it would be great to get the shipping class and amount displayed under that product code, but at present the shipping amount appears in the "footer details" tab of the SOP, under carriage.

The actinic link manual seems to say that this product (WEBPOST in our case) can only be used for products transfered by batch invoice. Can anyone tell me what a batch invoice is and how the transfer would happen? We like the way we are creating an SOP at the moment, with the exception of not getting the shipping method transferred.

Here is what it is written in the helpfile regarding Batch Invoice

Information about orders can be transferred directly into Sage Line 50 as a batch invoice. This information will show up as part of a customer's audit trail. The audit trail will include information about the order lines (the items ordered by the customer). This method is supported by all versions of Sage.
