Uploading Slow Help!!!

Hi,

I'm trying to upload about 1 Gb of Digital Downloadable products.
I left it running over night and it has done very little.

This is taking soo long. Is there a way to manually upload my digital downloadable products. I noticed that when I use Actinic it adds some additional info to the front of the file.

I will walk to the local Internet cafe and upload manually if I knew it would work. They must have a faster upload than me.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP!!

p.s. I have a 1mb connection, 256k upload, Using Actinic Version 6 with Updates.

I turned off my Norton Internet Security and it seemed to help. 8 hours to upload. I'm just happy it did it.
