Customisation of Cart & Checkout

I have successfully customised my whole site a few years ago including the checkout process but this time round I have succeeded in the main site but the checkout process will not update. The html files I update seem to revert back when I upload.
I am updating the order00.html (and 01, 02, 03 ,04) files within C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1\SiteHTML which I believe were the ones I did last time.
Please can anyone guide me to the correct files to update.
Feel free to critique to the site.

schoolboy error....I've now changed Act_Primary; I guess as I was doing this at 4 o'clock in the morning I couldn't see the wood from the trees.
