Problems placing orders on website.

I have a problem with my website,

When a customer places an order on my website they get this error:

An error occurred while creating the order number lock file (%s). The error was %s. Actinic Ecommerce can not create a unique order number and can not continue. Please contact us directly with your order.

I've been trying to fix this problem for a while can any one help?

Hi there

I have just replied to one of your other thread, but seeing this error, it seems you have 2 users on your webserver which is giving problem.

Please see the following knowledge base article and please forward it to the web hosting company, so they can fix it for you.
