I have had a number of complaints from customers as they feel that as my webshop site does not show the Padlock until in the final stages of ordering they have aborted placing an order.
In particular as soon as they begin to enter their address details they feel that there is no security. It is only when they reach the card input details page that the secure padlock appears.
Is there anyway that the Padlock can show earlier in the ordering stages.
I notice other webshops have a padlock throughout their pages. No doubt a customer will continue to shop in these cases.
Please help as I do not want to keep losing customers.
