    Unable to download orders -new site

    Actinic Catalog - V.6.1.5.0.0.0.EGRA

    I have a new site, and when I try to download orders I get the following message:
    "The server scripts are incompatible with this version of Actinic. . Try refreshing the site. If order processing is split from website maintenance, then the 2 copies of Actinic Cat must be upgraded to the same version. If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original sub-directory and try again.

    Server version 6DNNA
    Client Version 6EGRA"

    I've tried refreshing the entire site, situation remains the same.

    Where do I copy the original perl scripts from? ie.. where is the original sub-directory, and what is it called? and to where do I copy them?

    Hi there

    Simply delete all .pl and .pm files from your site1 folder (C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1) then go to "C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Original", copy the .pl and .pm files and paste them back into your site1 folder.

    Also you could FTP into your site, and go into the "cgi-bin" folder and delete the .pl and .pm files from here. Once you have done this, simply refresh the site.
