Minimum order quantity

I have a page of products with the quanitiy on page and a single add to cart button.

I want people to have to order a minimum of 3 if they want to order a product, but they don't have to order all of them.

If I set the minimum order quantity to be 3 then in the qunaitiy box on the page it automatically shows 3 - rather than 0.

Is there a way to have three as the minimum order quqntitiy, but have the default amount shown in catalogue as 0?

No I'm afraid this is not possible to do in Actinic with the "Quantity on Product Page" shopping mode.
